juliJana lives in Cape Town. She studied printing and painting at Morley College, London, and Mary Ward College, London, as well as East London Technical college South Africa.
She acquired a Master degree in Creative Research at Roehampton University, London. She has exhibited extensively in group exhibitions and solo shows in Barcelona, Berlin, London, Cape Town, Franschhoek, Stellenbosch, Pretoria, Balito Bay, George and elsewhere in South Africa.
She was published in Bellamonti Art Magazine (Sweden) 2025. Her poetry and art debut collection SCENT OF PLACES, was published in 2025 by Turksvy Publication S.A.
As a published poet she was a featured an artist-poet in The High Window (London)
